Welcome to Boojee Bub. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products: we do our best to display colours and details accurately, but slight variation can occur. Prices are in [AUD] and include GST where applicable. We may update prices and product details at any time.

Orders: placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it. We'll confirm by email when your order is accepted and dispatched. If we can't fulfil an order, we'll refund you in full.

Safe use: the Nap Hat is intended for supervised daytime use only and is not for cots, bassinets or overnight sleep. Always keep your baby in view. Follow the care and safety guidance on the product page.

Liability: nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price of the product purchased.

Intellectual property: all content on this site — text, images, logos, and the Boojee Bub and Nap Hat names — belongs to Boojee Bub and may not be used without permission.
