Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Nap Hat.

• You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
• Items should be returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached, for hygiene reasons.
• To start a return, email [hello@boojeebub.com] with your order number and we'll send instructions.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days of us receiving the return.
• Original and return shipping costs are [not refunded unless the item is faulty].

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's meant to, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
