We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

• You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
• Items should be returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
• To start a return, email hello@boojeebub.com with your order number and we'll send instructions.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
• Original and return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email hello@boojeebub.com with your order number and the size you'd like. If it's in stock, we'll reserve it and send return instructions. We'll cover shipping on the replacement; return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. Exchanges follow the same 30-day, original-condition rules as returns.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's meant to, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
